We utilize clerical, technical, and material safeguards such as the use of US based & US hosted anti- virus software on work computers. Two-factor authentication usage on third party applications are also practiced and required to protect your information.

Forms

When visitors submit a form, we collect the data shown on the form. RV Junkers also collects the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect and deter spam. Basic information provided by visitors is used to further provide a quote with the intention of performing an agreed upon service (the removal and/or disposal of a recreation vehicle / boat or sailboat).

Media

When visitors upload images or media to the website rvjunkers.com or any webpages; by default we reserve the right to the provided media, unless specifically requested to remove or refrain from use – which we will gladly respect. To request media removal please email us: JunkyRV@gmail.com or call and the requested media (if verified) will be removed within a reasonable amount of time (2-3 Business Days).

For example: we may have to share your name and address with a crew manager, vendor or contractor who is dropping off heavy equipment, dumpsters, or towing away your RV. Also, we may share your information with our staff in order to better service you. Finally, we may enter your information into invoicing and payment gateway services / software such as QuickBooks.

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, financial, or security purposes.
